This lady was even worse then“A PHONE MUMBLER”….
I called this insurance co. for 2 things:
1. Name of the adjuster handling the case
2. Her address
our convo:
me: Hi, my name is Anna i’m calling from ______, re: claim # ________….I was just calling to get your address so I can send you [...]
